Saturday Music Club

Claire runs Saturday Music Clubs for beginners or children with limited experience (maximum 6 children).  The Clubs ("Quavers" and "Semiquavers") meet one Saturday every month.  The morning Club meets from 9.30am to 11.30am, and the afternoon Club meets from 1.30pm to 3.30pm.  Core subjects covered are:

• theory of music (writing, reading and composition)
• aural development
• rhythmic awareness (incorporating the use of percussion instruments)  
• musical maths
• musical games

In order to keep the momentum of the Saturday Music Club and continued learning, the children are given a small project to complete before their next meeting.   In the interim, Claire is on hand via email or phone to answer any queries the children may have.

The cost of the four month period is £90.  This includes all materials, workbooks, personalised folders and ongoing support by email or telephone.
